Recruit

A quali-quant sample of consumers are recruited via online and phone rescreen

Qualifying participants must:

  • Be product acceptors
  • Demographically match the intended target
  • Regularly shop retailer where distributed

Shop

Consumers are directed to purchase the product in stores where available

Use

Consumers use the product at home and participate in two phases of research after use…

  • Phase 1:  Online survey
  • Phase 2: Qualitative interviews (focus groups, In-home ethnographies, IDIs) among a subset to dig deeper
